Rating of Multiple Vitamins
from: John GibbSources all over the world will only give you the rating of multiple vitamins or even just an over all view of different kinds of daily multiple vitamins that are on the market for you and I today.
Although, the view of many dietitians today is that you should look past just the basic multivitamin supplements and mineral supplements if you are truly serious about the health of you and your loved ones. In fact many researchers say you should be looking at the multinutrient supplements called nutraceuticals.
We should now look closer at why so many people are now looking at more than just the rating of multiple vitamins.
I would like to start off by saying that vitamins and minerals are very important to your health. With that being said, I would now like to tell you that there is much research being done on other nutrients that show a positive effect on the body when it comes to optimum health.
As you all know there are lots of vitamins that have many antioxidants which are great for the body.
Substances in the body that can neutralize free radicals are called antioxidants. Free radicals are chemicals that damage cellular material in the body and are highly reactive. Free radical damage is sometimes associated to cancer, the aging process and even heart disease, as some scientists have come to learn about today.
Taking nutrients that can neutralize free radicals are clearly important. Many vitamins are sometimes touted as being antioxidants, such as vitamins E and C. What many health buffs do not know is that there are actually many types of nutrients that are much more powerful of an antioxidant that these two vitamins stated here.
And just to give you an idea, there is an antioxidant 100 times more powerful than vitamin C, its Green Tea!
Today we have taken a look at the Rating of Multiple Vitamins and how there are many other healthy vitamins and nutrients for people today.
